What to Expect
We want your first experience at The RIA-Global Church to be relaxed and for you and your family to enjoy the service.
So, here is some information to help you know what to expect.
What times are the services?
The RIA- Global Church Online streams live on our website at www.royalsinaction.org/tv every Sunday at 9am, 11am, 1pm, 3pm, 5pm, 7pm, and 9pm (plus additional times, including Saturday night service options at 5pm and 7pm). The service lasts about an hour. We encourage you to connect to the service 5-10 minutes early to give you plenty of time to make sure your technology (TV/Laptop/Tablet/Phone) is working, and to get your children set up for Royal Lilies (5th grade and under).
*Tip: Decide in advance which service you will attend and make an appointment to be there so you don’t miss it!
What are the messages like?
Our goal every Sunday is to teach the timeless truths of the Bible in a way that is engaging and applicable to your life. You will find that the messages are practical, easy to understand, and grounded in Scripture. To help you get the most out of the message, you can download the message notes each week by clicking the blue “Download Message Notes” button below the LiveStream player. You can print them out, or follow along and take notes in Word, Pages, or Google Docsd
What about the music?
The music at RIA- Global Church is upbeat, modern, and uplifting! The RIA- Global Church features a live band with electric guitar, bass, keyboard, and drums every week. We sing modern songs of faith, but you might also hear a Top 40 song or a classic hymn. See this as your favorite gospel station with a twist!
*Tip: We encourage you to sing along with us at Church Online so that you can worship instead of just watching.
What’s available during the week?
During the week, The Royals in Action Growth Groups meet online. Growth Groups are groups of 10 people who join together to study the Bible, grow spiritually, meet new people and have fun.
Growth Groups last 10-12 weeks, so it’s a short-term commitment. Growth Group sign-ups occur 3 times per year (January, May, October).
